Reward Offered To Catch Armed Robbery Suspect

The Board of Supervisors has authorized a substantial reward to catch serial robber working south west LA County.

The 10-thousand dollar reward was spearheaded by Supervisor Don Knabe to catch the armed robbery suspect.  Law enforcement says man is responsible for 11-armed thefts in Paramount, Lakewood, Bellflower and Norwalk.  The string of crimes has netted the criminal over 135-thousand dollars in cash, jewelry, and cell phones.  Supervisor Knabe recommended the reward, saying the unidentified robber was getting more aggressive.  The robberies began March 25th with the latest happening on April 2nd. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact sheriff’s deputies.
