Residents in the Hollywood Hills near the famed HOLLYWOOD sign are not happy with the randy activities of campers staying at an Airbnb campsite in their neighborhood.
Homeowner Songeev Kumar lives just a few feet from the campsite. He told KABC’s Doug McIntyre about the goings on. “Well we see every night people naked, walking on the hill. And the camping. And they’re burning fires, smoking and having sex in the open,” said Kumar.
Kumar’s neighbor, actress Dita De Leon, owns the campsite. Despite complaints by neighbors, officials say there’s nothing they can do as De Leon owns the property and is not breaking any laws. Tom Perumean, KABC NEWS.
