Attendees to Sign Loyalty Pledge for Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton held a campaign event in Cleveland, Ohio, where attendees were asked to sign a loyalty pledge before entering the venue.

The loyalty pledge, posted via Twitter by The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review’s Salena Zito, is a promise to vote for the candidate. The pledge began with the line “I (undersigned) commit to vote for Hillary Clinton,” followed by the date, name, phone, mailing address, and email address.

Sunday’s event was geared towards millennials which has been a highlight for the campaign. Clinton has struggled with gaining millennial support, most of whom have been backing primary opponent Bernie Sanders.  The event Sunday drew less than expected millennials but Clinton has been eager to gain the demographic.
