A street gang is allegedly plotting to attack or kill an L.A. County Sheriff’s deputy as retaliation for a shooting in Paramount two weeks ago.
Deputies at a handful of sheriff’s stations in South L.A. are being told to ride with a partner after getting word of a quote “imminent threat” according to reliable sources.
Sources say a street gang is looking for payback after South Gate Police officers fatally shot an alleged gang member two weeks ago.
The Sheriff’s Department says the threat was not specific as to which law enforcement agency or agencies might be targeted.
