A $100,000 settlement was agreed upon between the State Assembly and Nancy Kathleen Finnigan. She alleged her boss at the time, former Assemblyman Steve Fox of Palmdale, sexually harassed her.
She claims she was fired after complaining that the Democrat exposed himself to her at his apartment and for making unwanted sexual advances. According to the Sacramento Bee, Fox still denies the claims.
