Federal Laws Crackdown on California Weed

This could be bad news for California and the city of L.A. that has just begun accepting applications for dispensaries to sell legal weed.

“The removal of the protections would allow federal prosecutors to make a decision, or federal authorities, whether they go into states and prosecute those that are involved in adult use cannabis or medical cannabis.”

Attorney General Jeff Sessions says this is a return to the rule of law and has compared marijuana to heroin.
