The Eddie Heredia Boxing Club is operated by L.A. County’s Parks and Recreation Department. It’s also where 53-year-old Paul Gonzales coached boxing for 10 years and allegedly took advantage of one of his students.

In a statement, the Department of Parks and Rec says it’s cooperating with the investigation.
Gonzales represented the U.S. at the 1984 Summer Olympic Games in L.A. where he won a gold medal.
