An Assemblywoman is facing a lawsuit by a former staff member for allegedly firing him after he refused to play “spin the bottle” with her, according to the Sacramento Bee.

It is the second accusation of sexual misconduct against Cristina Garcia, who is currently on a leave of absence while the Assembly investigates claims that she drunkenly groped a former legislative staff member.

The Bell Gardens Democrat has called on several male colleagues to step down over sexual misconduct allegations last fall.
