The debate over homelessness is hitting an error code.

Los Angeles City Councilman Mike Bonin represents parts of West LA with lots of homeless encampments and he’s often at the center of discussions, but not today. At least, not on his website. Currently, the web page on homelessness is blank and it says it’s undergoing maintenance with a new version coming soon. His staff says it was taken down Monday so updated content can go up this week.
