Some women in cities around the world will go 100 percent topless on Sunday. In Southern California, Venice Beach is the protest location. It’s an off-beat way to celebrate Women’s Equality Day, which is an observance of the day American women were given the right to vote 99 years ago. Protesters believe laws that require women to wear tops while men can go shirtless are sexist and unequal.
