On Monday, a judge ordered Deputy Caren Mandoyan to turn in his badge, gun and uniform. That’s because a lawsuit is pending regarding his re-hiring. The Deputy was fired in 2016 over domestic violence allegations. He was re-hired after Sheriff Villanueva won the 2018 election. He was a close aide during that political campaign.
