Investigators in Pomona say they’ve arrested Jacob Makwana on suspicion of felony vandalism, assault with a deadly weapon and throwing an object at a moving vehicle with intent to cause great bodily harm. Police say he’s the man caught on tape by a citizen hurling a big chunk of concrete through the windshield of a car. The driver who filmed the attack near a homeless encampment reported the August ninth incident to police. The 26-year-old suspect in being held on 110-thousand dollars bail.
