One man is dead, two women are injured and a suspect is on the loose after a hail of gunfire at an early morning house party.

The gunfire erupted at about one-thirty Monday morning in Hacienda Heights. Neighbor Philip Trujillo tells KTLA 5 that the 33-year-old victim was shot in the front yard.

”As I’m walking over, I can see he’s been hit in the heart, he’s got a white t-shirt on and the blood is just streaming down. He’s stone cold.”

Neighbors say the house is often used as an Air B N B rental. Police had been called to the home earlier in the night because of a noise complaint. Two women were also hurt in the incident but are expected to recover.
