The team from Lincoln High School says people in the stands at San Clemente High School were hurling racist insults. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports it got so bad that the cheerleaders left early. Some girls say they were told they should be on leashes. The NAACP is investigating, as are both high schools. They’re hoping cell phone footage may help. Lincoln High is mostly Hispanic and African American. San Clemente High is mostly white.
