The body was found wrapped in what appears to be a blue tarp, secured with gray duct tape. The California Highway Patrol reportedly spotted a suspicious car parked near the 91 and 241 interchange Thursday, and when cops showed up, they stumbled upon the grisly discovery in Anaheim. Detectives and forensics personnel took hours processing the scene looking for clues, but so far no information about the body or possible suspects has been released.
