Rental website Zumper reports Los Angeles renters are the sixth happiest in the nation but they also have the sixth highest rent. The study points out that renters in LA tend to keep their apartments for several years. A large portion of respondents also felt satisfied with their living situation. LA’s median rent is 23-hundred bucks a month for a one-bedroom.
