(NEW YORK) -- A ritzy establishment on Manhattan's Upper West Side has unveiled its latest creation: a grand Easter Egg -- literally.

The thousand dollar confection from Sugar and Plumm weighs in at 22 pounds, and stands 3 feet tall.  It was crafted from milk, dark and white chocolate, and features cute marzipan birds nesting in it.

And for those wondering, it's hollow inside.
