Three men have been arrested for distributing illegal bath salts at head shops in what authorities say is the first criminal case in California involving the sale of the synthetic drug.  Authorities say that Joshua Wright, owner of the Doughmain head shops in Moorpark and Thousand Oaks and two others were arrested for health and safety code violations. The bath salts reportedly came from a Utah warehouse.
