It’s back to Day 1 for jurors in the Bell Six corruption trial.  This, after Juror #3, a woman, admitted seeing a lawyer because she felt she was being coerced by other jurors. She said she had her daughter look up coercion on the Internet, and she looked up the term in law books in a library herself.

 

The juror crying to the judge-- “they are badgering me, I’ve already made up my mind - why don’t they leave me alone?” The same woman who cried to the judge on Monday that jurors were no longer listening to her. 126 counts at stake - the judge rejecting a call for a new trial. One of 4 alternate jurors will be empanelled.
