A Norwalk elementary school that Dorner  attended - and mentioned in his manifesto - remains closed for a second day. Norwalk Christian School was closed on yesterday, too. Dorner wrote in his manifesto that the elementary school was where he first experienced racism.

 

Dorner wrote that his first recollection of racism was in the first grade at Norwalk Christian elementary school when a fellow student called him the N-word on the playground. Schools in the Big Bear School District are also closed today.
