(LOS ANGELES) -- It appears the Lindsay Lohan drama isn't quite over yet.
TMZ.com is reporting that Santa Monica, Calif., prosecutors will investigate a witness tampering allegation against Lohan's lawyer, Mark Heller, in connection with the actress' just-resolved car crash case.
Prosecutors believe Heller may have tried to convince Lohan's former assistant, Gavin Doyle, to falsely claim in court that he was driving her Porsche when it collided with a dump truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica last June.
Reportedly, Doyle told an officer of the court, among others, about what Heller had allegedly done. Doyle is expected to be interviewed by prosecutors on Tuesday.
According to TMZ, Heller says the allegation is "crazy."
Lohan's dad, Michael Lohan, has apparently had his fill of Heller. He reportedly yelled at the attorney outside the courtroom, "Go home. You have done enough damage. Leave my daughter alone and stay out of the press. You're a parasite. You're getting charged, Heller! You're going to lose your license again. I guarantee it. Ask the prosecutor's office."
On Monday, Lindsay reached a plea deal in the car crash case under which she was sentenced to 90 days of locked-down rehab, 30 days of community service and 18 months of psychological therapy. She pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving.
