Nectar Kalajian is a real estate professional with a distinguished career in mortgage banking that spans over 32 years. Her passion since 1976 has been to assist and educate the consumer in real estate finance.

From 1986-1997, Nectar served as the Executive Vice President, at Countrywide Home Loans, the largest retail mortgage private banker in the Nation. In 1997, Mrs. Kalajian founded Security Pacific Home Loans.   She is currently the EVP of Security Pacific Home Loans.

 

 

 

 

Raffie Kalajian, is a second generation real estate professional with over 12 years of mortgage banking experience.  Raffie's experience includes sales, training and and on-air talent for the radio show segment.

Raffie's passion in this industry drives him to excel in his endeavor to help first time home buyers and those that are looking for opportunities to improve their current financial situation.  Raffie, attended Cranbrook , (Detroit Michigan) and USC for his graduate degree. 

As an athlete he played Hockey since he was 5 years old and moved on to play on Junior teams in Detroit, Illinois and Omaha.  As a well rounded individual Raffie offers advise to his clients and helps them make sound decisions, while managing his team of loan professionals.
