The Antelope Valley man facing 2nd degree murder for what his dogs did - allegedly attacking and killing a 63-year-old jogger - made a court appearance today. ABC's Alex Stone reports.
29-year-old Alex Jackson entered no plea today on second-degree murder charges. The Little Rock man will be back in court June 14th. This, after his pit bulls allegedly mauled 63-year-old Pamela Devitt to death. But supporters of the accused man came to court to support Jackson.
Sheriff’s lieutenant John Corina says they are his dogs - and that DNA testing confirm it.
The coroner says Pamela Devitt’s body was punctured some 200 times by dog bites.
