Bill is the broker owner of Solid Rock Realty in Orange County. He has been a real estate investor for over 25 years. He teaches non-traditional “Rebel” real estate in his workshops and in one on one coaching. The weekly radio show discusses Bill’s insights of today’s real estate.

Bill was born in Orange County California in 1961. He grew up there and in 1980 he Graduated from Villa Park High School. Bill attended bible school at Calvary Chapel Bible College in Lake Arrowhead California (now in Murrieta). He went on to work as a youth pastor at Sonlight Christian Center in the city of Orange. After 4 years of teaching junior high and high school youth groups Bill met one of his student’s older sister Beth Gentry. They met in December 1983 and they married nine months later on August 11th 1984. Bill and Beth have been married for 28 years.
They have 3 adult children. Bill went on to own several businesses over the years. He started buying houses back in the mid 80”s. Bill got his real estate license in 1992, later he worked as a Re/Max agent until he passed the brokers exam in 2002 at which point he started Solid Rock Realty. In 2000 Bill Started studying creative real estate. He spent over $20,000 learning the latest buying and selling techniques from the top gurus across the country. Bill found success practicing this creative (REBEL) real estate buying, selling and managing the homes he bought. Bill went on to teach these techniques to students over the past 10 years and has enjoyed being able to impact the lives of his students.
