Ten thousand students, some just weeks from graduating, are reeling following Sunday’s shutdown of a number of private vocational colleges.
Orange County-based Corinthian Colleges, which operates 13 Everest and 12 Heald Colleges in California, Oregon and Hawaii, abruptly closed Sunday. Corinthian will also close its WyoTech and Everest colleges in Arizona and Rochester, N.Y.
