The DWP recently asked for an increase in water fees, because, well, you have apparently done too good a job conserving water. This is the same DWP that has just been ordered by the courts to allow the city of Los Angeles to audit tens of millions of dollars in rate-payer dollars that DWP receives for ‘safety training’ programs.
