The troubles are just beginning for the man caught on an Uber Driver’s video slapping, punching and fighting with the driver. Benjamin Allen Golden, identified as the man who is suspected of physically assaulting Uber Driver Edward Caban last Friday was fired Monday by his employer, Taco Bell. In a statement the company said the 32-year old behavior demonstrated he could no longer work for Taco Bell. The company also said they offered and encouraged him to seek professional help. Today, Golden was charged with assault and battery. If convicted he could face a year in jail and 10,000 dollar fine. Golden is free on 20,000 dollars bond.
