A spokesperson for Donald Trump says he’s given tens of millions of dollars to charity. Yet the paper trail is proving to be almost nonexistent. The Washington Post says it called 326 charities with connections to Trump and ashed them if they had received a gift of the nominee’s own money. So far the paper has found just one donation made between 2008 and this May and that was a gift from 2009 worth less than $10,000.
