A Homecoming Dance is cancelled for a high school that’s been plagued with controversey after students allegedly get drunk and high at a school football game.

In a video shared with the entire student body, Corona del Mar High School Principal Kathy Scott doesn’t holding anything back…

“The behavior of many of our student fans was despicable and deplorable. Clearly the administration, the teachers and the coaches have a much higher expectation for our school and our students then some of you students have for yourself.”

CdM was playing Newport Harbor High School in the Battle of the Bay last Friday when she says many where under the influence of alcohol and other substances.

“Because your behavior was embarrassing and inexcusable, it now clearly demonstrates the need to have police and security staff conduct searches and breathalyzers at school events.”

The homecoming pep rally and dance would have taken place on the October 6th and 7th.
