A new revelation from Wikileaks seems to support Donald Trump’s often voiced suspicion that the Media are in cahoots with the Clinton campaign to ensure that she becomes the next president. In a new batch of leaked emails, Chief Political Corespondent for Politico, Glenn Thrush is revealed to have written to Hillary’s Campaign Chairman John Podesta for approval of his articles. According to Breitbart News, Thrush sends several paragraphs about Hillary’s fundraising operation and leads into the article by admitting, “Because I have become a hack I will send u the whole section that pertains to u.” After asking Podesta not to “share or tell anyone I did this,” Thrush also seeks Podesta’s stamp of approval on the article by saying, “Tell me if I f—ed up anything.”
In early September, Thrush spoke to KABC morning host Doug McIntyre and stated he would bet his house that the email scandal surrounding Hillary Clinton would soon blow away.
“In the larger historical sweep of history, we are not going to remember anything about Hillary Clinton’s emails. I will make that prediction right now. We have seen a ton of stuff. We have not seen anything that warrants prosecution or anything in terms of the leaking of classified information that caused any negative external effect. I will put my house on that.”
Thrush went on to make another prediction.
“I think this issue with Trump’s foundation and these two attorney generals (sic) – (Pam) Biondi in Florida and (former Texas AG) Greg Abbott now the governor of Texas who took a $25,000 campaign contribution on or around the time they dropped their intention to file a lawsuit against Trump University – I do think that’s a snowballing story that’s going to have an impact.”
Doug replied, “That’s interesting, because I have exactly the opposite reaction to both of these stories.”
Thrush was a guest on 790 KABC’s McIntyre in the Morning Show with Doug McIntyre and Terri-Rae Elmer on September 7th, 2016.
