The attorney for two dozen children who contracted serious infections after undergoing baby tooth root canals at Children’s Dental Group in Anaheim says one patient might need an artificial jaw. Attorney Alexander Napolin says his clients appear to have undergone unnecessary treatments so that clinic could bill the Medi-Cal system for more money. He says one child had work done on 19 teeth, according to a report in the Orange County Register.
