Authorities have identified a man who was stabbed to death at the Metro Purple Line station in Koreatown as 39-year-old Andres Ramos. Detectives have learned that the victim had just exited a train when a guy on the platform began to argue with him. Sometime during the argument the suspect stabbed the victim several times in the upper body with a knife. The suspect, a 62-year-old man, fled the train station and ducked into the bathroom of a nearby Carl’s Jr. restaurant. He surrendered about an hour later. He was booked on suspicion of murder and was being held in lieu of $2 million bail.
