U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Nikki Haley says the North Korean nuclear weapon program is larger and more dangerous than ever after a 24-year effort to contain it.
Speaking at an emergency meeting of the U.N.Security Council today, Haley says the time for half measures is over and the strongest possible diplomatic measures must be adopted. She says North Korean leader Kim Jong Un’s actions show that he is “begging for war.”
She said we’ve kicked the can down road long enough and now there is no more road.
