Stanley Randle was driving a construction truck in Los Angeles on April 4th when he ran over 12-year-old and 14-year-old sisters. One girl died that day, the other passed away a couple of weeks later. The sisters were crossing at a green light on their way to school. At least one witness says the driver was looking down when he hit the girls. He cooperated with police and there is no sign he was under the influence at the time.
