The Los Angeles City Council is close to passing its largest budget in history.

By Kevin Tripp, KABC – The ten-point-six billion dollar budget includes nearly 500-million dollars for homeless programs. More than half of that funding comes from the Measure HHH bond. The proposed budget also includes around 400-million dollars for the reserve fund. There’s a final vote on the budget next week.
