The male employees of the restaurant chain say they were subjected to sexual harassment and retaliation by a male supervisor. Some incidents allegedly happened at the Costa Mesa Hooters. In the suit, one of the men claims their boss started a meeting by asking if he had been impregnating Hooters’ girls. The chain is known for waitresses in skimpy outfits. Hooters says they reached a settlement with one of the men. They claim the second case has been resolved, but the terms were not released.
