At Least 9 Protests Scheduled For Today
(Los Angeles, CA) — There are at least nine separate protests scheduled for in and around Los Angeles today. Some of the demonstrations are scheduled to start at as early as 8 a.m. and the areas include Long Beach, Downey, Santa Monica and Downtown L.A. Thousands of people marched yesterday in the region, and were mostly peaceful. The protests are in honor of George Floyd who died after a cop was seen kneeling on Floyd’s neck in Minnesota.
