One Man Killed, Another Injured In CHOP Shooting
(Seattle, WA) — One man is dead and another is critically injured following a shooting at Seattle’s Capitol Hill Organized Protest, or CHOP. Seattle police say the shooting happened around 3:00 early this morning near 12th Avenue and Pike Street. Two men were rushed to a hospital, where one of them died from his injuries. It’s not yet clear what led to the shooting, which is the fourth to strike the protest zone within the past two weeks.
