USC Announces Safety Guidelines Ahead of August Return

(Los Angeles, CA) — We’re getting a clearer picture of what USC’s campus life will look like when students return in August. The university is rolling out their new safety guidelines that are designed to lessen the risk of a coronavirus outbreak. Students and staff will get daily online symptom checks, everyone will have to wear a mask at all times, and everyone living in the dorms will have a room all to themselves. Class sizes will be cut down and everyone either exposed or showing symptoms will get a coronavirus test. Some groups may also get tested at random.
