Supreme Court Backs Trump Plan To Deny Birth Control To Workers
(Washington, DC) — The Supreme Court is backing a Trump Administration plan to help companies deny giving their workers free birth control. The seven-to-two ruling means up to 126-thousand women in this country may lose birth control coverage. The Court ruled publicly-traded companies and large universities could claim a religious objection to providing the coverage. Even those without a moral objection are now exempt from the requirement. The ruling helps President Trump deliver on a campaign promise to roll back coverage provided in Obamacare.
