Union Files Grievance Against Company
(Undated) — A labor union representing Walt Disney World performers is filing a grievance against Disney over coronavirus testing. The Actors’ Equity Association issued a statement today saying Disney recalled the offer letters of the union’s performers after they demand the company test their employees for COVID-19. A statement from Disney said they are practicing their right to open without Actor’s Equity performers adding the decision comes after the union stopped negotiating with the company. The union represents about 750 of Disney World’s performers.
