(San Francisco, CA) — Lyft says it will provide its drivers with partition shields for coronavirus protection. The ride-sharing company said today it will distribute about 60-thousand partition shields to its most active drivers. Lyft will begin selling its custom-made shields to its other drivers later this summer. In May, the company began requiring both passengers and drivers to wear protective masks during trips, and began providing its drivers with sanitizing products.
