(Los Angeles, CA) — Taylor Swift’s stalker is behind bars. A federal judge sentenced Eric Swarbrick to 30 months in prison Wednesday after he pled guilty to stalking and sending threatening letters and emails to Swift’s former label Big Machine Records. They began in 2018 when Swarbrick kept asking to meet the singer. He also said he wanted to rape and kill Swift as well as kill himself in front of Borchetta and his staff.
