(Phoenix, AZ) — President Trump is praising Republican-run states such as Arizona for how they handled the coronavirus pandemic. Standing next to Arizona Governor Doug Ducey on Monday, Trump said the state did a great job reopening its economy. He said there was a spike, but the state has done very well since then. There are 748 new infections today and only three deaths reported. Those numbers are below where they were in early summer. The President said Democratic states were in much worse condition. Nearly 232-thousand people have tested positive in Arizona and more than 58-hundred have died.
