(Washington, DC) — White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany [[ MACK-en-ay-nee ]] claims the U.S. is in the “beginning of the end” of the coronavirus outbreak. McEnany cheered rapid vaccine development during a briefing and praised the Trump administration’s Operation Warp Speed. That is the program the President authorized to speed development of a coronavirus vaccine. McEnany said there should be roughly 40-million vaccinations available by the end of the year.

McEnany argued that the administration’s “unprecedented response” to the outbreak has saved many American lives. The outbreak has claimed more than a quarter-of-a-million American lives and the virus is surging again across much of the U.S.
