Supreme Court Grants House Democrats’ Request, Drops Mueller Case
(Washington, DC) — The Supreme Court is dropping the case over Robert Mueller’s Russia documents. House Democrats had sued to get access to all the documents from the nearly two-year investigation into possible collusion between Russia and Trump Administration. The Court was scheduled to hear arguments on December 2nd. Democrats asked the Court to drop the case because they were only pursuing it in case they wanted to impeach President Trump again. With Trump about to leave office, they say that is no longer necessary.
