Three Airlines To Do Trials On Preflight Testing Of All Passengers As Way To Make Passengers Feel Safer

(Dallas, TX) — Three airlines that have seen huge drops in international travel plan to start trials of testing every passenger for COVID-19. American Airlines and British Airways announced their trials for passengers between the U.S. and London. United Airlines said it would do a trial on passengers going from Newark to London. The American trial is with their OneWorld partners and will include passengers traveling from New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. Each passenger will be tested three times. First, at home, the second after arrival in London and the third shipped after their arrival. United started its pre-flight testing program Monday.
