(Sacramento, CA) — Tower Records is back. Anyone who remembers shopping at the music store years ago will be happy to know it’s now online. The plan was to relaunch pop-up shops during the South by Southwest Music Festival, but the pandemic changed that. The online store sells vinyl, cassettes and CDs. Tower first opened in California in 1960 and shut down all 200-some locations by 2006.
