(Los Angeles, CA) — Seven California hospitals will be among the first in the nation to get the coronavirus vaccine when it becomes available. Those hospitals are Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A., Mercy Medical Center in Redding, Rady Children\’s Hospital in San Diego, UC Davis Health in Sacramento, UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco, Valley Children\’s Healthcare in Madera and Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. The U.S. FDA will consider later this month authorizing emergency use of two vaccines made by Pfizer and Moderna.
