(Sacramento, CA) — Law enforcement is on high alert at the California state capital for possible protests. In the noon hour Wednesday, members of Sacramento Antifa made a brief appearance, chanting and banging on the temporary fencing which now surrounds the Capitol.
About 40 people dressed in black were quickly confronted by nearly 100 California Highway Patrol officers and other members of Sacramento-area law enforcement. A handful of former-President Trump’s supporters were also at the capitol this morning but did not appear to have any contact with the Antifa group.
